She is currently the senior-most partner of the firm who has started this firm. She is the guiding force of the team with her varied experience in the field of accounting, auditing, (expert in bank audits) and management consultancy.

She is the face of the Firm and backbone of the Organization. Being a seasoned Chartered Accountant, she brings about a great degree of technical knowledge and varied exposure to the firm. Her innovative ideas to problem solving are being reckoned by the clients.

Academic Qualifications

• She had passed CA final examinations in November 1974 at the t time when girls are not preferred commerce field. Member of the Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) since 1975.
• She has secured first class throughout her academic career and achieved medals from Maharaja Ranasaheb of Porbandar(Gujarat).

Professional Standing

• She had started her carrier in 1974 with head of the accounting Department in Private Limited company.
• After the same she has joined as a banker with vide variety of posts she had retired with Deputy Manager (Audit/Inspection) in saurashtra most leading co-operative Bank with Thirty (30)years experience.
• There after she has started the firm to share his experience to co-operative sector.
• Conducted Inspections/Special Audits/Investigations/Due Diligence/Other Assignments for Banks & co operative institutions etc.
• She is well experienced in Statutory Bank Branch Audit and Concurrent Audit of Public sector banks & cooperative banks. she has also conducted Stock Audit on behalf of Public sector banks.
• She has a niche experience in handling the audit and assurance service clients in varied sectors.
• She is a consultant to the reputed co-operative banks and organizations providing value added services in the advisory field
