He is currently the managing partner of the firm.

He is the guiding force of the team with his varied experience in the field of accounting, auditing, taxation and management consultancy.

Academic Qualifications

  • Chartered Accountant.
  • Holds certificate course on concurrent audit of Banks (ICAI).
  • Completed his Post Graduation with first class from H. L. College of Commerce (Gujarat University).
  • Completed his Post graduate Diploma in Financial Analysis & Investments from School of Commerce (Gujarat University).
  • Completed his LLB from I. M.Nanavati Law College (Gujarat University).
  • Completed his PHD in Commerce Stream.

Professional Standing

  • He has experience of doing statutory audits, internal audits & due diligence work of small as well as large entities.
  • He also has wide experience of preparing Project Reports, CMA Reports for small as well as large entities.
  • Managing Audits/Consultancy of Public & Private Limited Companies, Public Sector Undertakings, Partnership and Proprietorship Concerns.
  • Conducted Inspections/Special Audits/Investigations/Due Diligence/Other Assignments for Banks, High courts & co-operative institutions etc.
  • He is well experienced in Statutory Bank Branch Audit, Concurrent Audit, Revenue Audit and Sock Audit of Public sector banks, Co-operative Banks & private Banks He has also conducted Stock Audit on behalf of Public sector banks.
  • Speaker at various seminars, meetings, lectures held by various Committees, Colleges, Bankers Training and various other organizations.
  • He is associated with academics by taking lectures for professional courses like CA, CS, MBA and CWA for subject of Accounting including (cost accounting) Tax & finance.
  • He has written articles in international journals related to Finance.
